The therapeutic relationship is extremely important which is why I offer a 10-minute consultation to answer any questions that you may have. Seeking support is a sign of strength; Counseling can provide a safe, supportive space to process emotions. You are your own expert and will know when the time feels right.  


I use a variety of counseling approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic processing and brainspotting. 

This integrative approach helps to fuse research-driven techniques with compassionate person-centered care to help you process emotions, build coping skills and foster healing. 


When beginning counseling, it is suggested to schedule with consistent weekly or bi-weekly sessions for rapport building. For a specific trauma or issue, treatment may feel more 'solutions-based' and reduce sessions once feeling more balanced. However, many people choose to schedule maintenance sessions or as stressors come up over many months and years.
