Trust in your counselor is paramount in therapy. Perhaps you have been in counseling before and unable to connect? I offer a no cost 10-minute consultation to assess for a therapeutic fit.

Your mental health is an integral part of overall wellness. Sessions typically last 55 minutes.

 The cost is $150 per session.

 If you interested in working with children, families or the perinatal population and are seeking supervision as a provisionally licensed or post-graduation counselor, please reach out. 

Please allow 24 hours notice to re-schedule or change an appointment.  A cancellation or re-schedule request outside of 24 hours will be subject to $60 cancellation fee.
